Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive. Booking and arranging shipments, travel, transport and accommodation. Organising events and conferences. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines. Typing, compiling and preparing costing sheets, reports, SOPs, presentations and correspondence. Preparing/managing databases and filing systems. Online & offline market research & data collection. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. liaising with staff, suppliers and clients. Collating and filing expenses. Company compliances, contract renewals, staff emails & other HR responsibilities. Miscellaneous personal tasks as assigned by director including but not limited to property management, home fixtures & supplies, appointments, income tax liaising etc. Education: Graduate Experience: 2-4 Years as an assistant CTC: Rs. 4,20,000 Rs.
