Ensure ratios are in place for measurement as follows: o Reporting a breakdown to attending it o Getting it right o Frequency of the breakdowns 1. Meeting the general maintenance needs and ensure a continuous flawless quality production @ 3% rejection = 20% 2. Meeting the production / processing maintenance needs including fault free machineries operations to ensure flawless and efficient productivity and meeting the production targets = 30% 3. Safety and Environmental needs are well covered and ensured = 15% 4. Participation in the monthly executive management team meetings = 20% 5.
