 Job Description :  

Planning for funds and making funds requirements on a monthly basis

Maintaining the Cash, Bank and ledger books of the company

Responsible for maintaining the records of the Creditors and Debtors

General weekly statements of Debtors & Creditors, Receipts & Payments

General Accounting and maintaining of cash and bank books

Maintaining petty cash book transactions

Preparation of financial reports

Ensure all material receipts/services rendered are booked in a timely and accurate manner

Ensure that invoices are received from suppliers immediately as soon as goods are received and services rendered

Validate that vendor payment are properly prepared in accordance with group policies prior to authorization

Periodic validation of supplier advances

Perform vendor reconciliation as per company policy

Coordinate trade payable operations

Responsibilities included are asset management, budgeting, and cost management

Ensure that all intercompany transactions are booked before month end and closing the reconciled

Ensuring that all schedules including month end reconciliations relating to payables and intercompany are prepared on a timely basis

Ensure proper processing of payroll and employee-related transactions

Assistance in conducting physical inventory accounts and preparation of variance reports

Fixed Assets reconciliation and capitalization/disposal process

Balance sheet accounts reconciliation

Preparation of submission for with various statutory Authorities in co-ordination with External Auditor and Consultants

Assistance in month end closing activities

Sales and Purchases Entries in Tally ERP9

Day to day Accounting Entries in Tally ERP9

Bank and Cash Reconciliation

Scheduling of Outstanding Payables

Preparing VAT working and Returns

Preparing TDS working and TDS Returns

Sundry Creditors and Debtors Ledger Reconciliation

Co-ordinating monthly closing activity related to expense booking

Sundry Creditor Outstanding Report with Ageing

Closure of Monthly Accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Qualification- B.Com/M.Com/MBA in Finance

Skills-Good Analytical skills and communication skills.
