 Job Description :  

Overseeing and directing construction projects from start till completion.

Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

Make sure construction is proceeding in accordance with drawings and plans.

Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

Monitor costs of construction at all times and reported in line with contract policy and all opportunities are taken to minimize costs Ensure site safety is in compliance with Project Safety Plan and all local regulations.

Work closely with commercial manager to ensure all aspects of main contract and subcontracts are complied with all construction records, returns and forecasting.

Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

Requirements

Proven working experience in construction management
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Understanding of all facets of the construction process
Familiarity with construction management software packages
Ability to plan and see the big picture
Competent in conflict and crisis management
Leadership and human resources management skills
Excellent time and project management skills
BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
Job Location- Central African Republic/Djibouti/Ethiopia

Experience- 10-12years

Education- BE/B Tech Civil

Salary for Construction Manager : 2000 - 2500 USD + FREE FOOD + FREE ACCOMMODATION + FREE TRANSPOTRTATION 

Salary for Site Engineer : NEGOTIABLE + FREE FOOD + FREE ACCOMMODATION + FREE TRANSPOTRTATION
