Job Description:  

Note: Candidates from OTHER GCC countries will be preferred

The ideal candidate should have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system, specifically for PRODUCTION, to support the business needs i.e. manufacturing of high-end Fire & Acoustic timber door sets. Therefore the individual is to have strong technical expertise with respect to all aspects of woodworking, thorough knowledge on certification standards pertaining to Fire rated doors and running a mechanized joinery shop. Also, the candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The candidate must have previous experience working with reputed joineries engaged in design & production.

Responsibilities :

Establish and maintain a production system to enhance accuracy, productivity and reliability on a daily basis

Manage overall daily functions of the business

Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes

Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed

Manage budget to align with goals of the business

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Mechanical or Production Engineering

At least 10+ years of GCC experience in a managerial role with a reputed Joinery

Strong organizational and communication skills

Strong ability to multitask

Comfortable working with multiple groups within the business
