 Job Description : 

Construction Manager Jeddah-Makkah(Must be Muslim for local regulations)

* Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.

* At least fifteen years of experience in a Construction Management role.

* Experience working on PPP and EBC/Turnkey projects is a must

* PMP, CIOB, RICS or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.

* Strong track record in delivering projects in a fast-moving and challenging environment.

* Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications, including excel and word.

* Excellent command of written and spoken English.

* Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

* Excellent communication and organization skills.

* Experience working on PP Pprojects is a must

 Salary : All inclusive monthly salary of SAR 35K
