Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements

Job Description :  

1. HR MANAGER
1. Talent Acquisition
Prepares Manpower Budget and obtains necessary
approvals
Develops and manages the Recruitment process
Source candidates, screens CVs, organizes interviews
and concludes Hiring
Completes the Joining Process and conducts the new
employee Orientation Program.
2. Training & Development
Identifies Training needs & create Training Calendar
Organizes Training Programs including Safety Programs
Monitors Post Training Action Plans
Maintains Training records
3. Performance Management
Designs a Performance Management system
Ensures Goals are set for all positions with performance
measurement criteria
Facilitates Performance Reviews at defined intervals
Manages Compensation and Benefits program
4. Human Resource Management
Responsible for managing the Permanent and Temporary
workforce
Creates and enforces all approved HR Policies and
Processes
Manages absenteeism, leave and payroll inputs
Nurtures a positive work culture and initiates Employee
Engagement activities
Responsible for Grievance handling and resolution of
Employee related issues
Assists in enforcing Disciplinary Action
Manages Termination and Resignation process
Ensures Legal compliance as per Statutory requirements
Liason with ESIC /PF/PPF/Health & Safety authorities &
other Statutory bodies on behalf of Management and
Employees
Maintains HR records and prepares required Reports
