Job Responsibilities & Duties                                                                                                                    

1. Develops relationship with current customers and potentialcustomers.
2. Creates more leads through client referral, internet and field visits. Contacts thepurchase manager/ project manager to get details of the project based on theresearch.
3. Convert leads tosales.
4. Getting credit approval form for new clients to confirm on thecompanies.
5. Prepares quotes based on the clients requirement and get confirmation on the same by sales manager and CEO.
6. Follow up on the quotation with the clients.
7. Once the order is confirmed the same is advised to the salescoordinator.
8. Sales Coordinator creates the job order where the details of the order are mentioned andthe same is monitored for theprogress.
9. Weekly sales meeting with the sales manager to communicate on the sales / collection pipeline.
10. Preparing of reports mentioning the no of quotation send, orders in pipeline and receivable ageingreport.
11. Monitor the overall execution of the project and making sure the delivery is carried out within the timeframe.
12. Achieving Sales and Collection targets

Knowledge, Skills & Experience                                                                                                              

1. Should have minimum of 4-6 years of experience in metal/steel
2. Should have excellent problem solving/tacticalskills.
3. Preferably have India DrivingLicense.
4. Should know how to prioritize thework.
5. Should be flexible in travelling whenrequired.
6. Should have proper communication and negotiationskills.
7. Should have Bachelors / Masters in Computer / MechanicalEngineer
8. Should have worked in a similar industry where in supplying materials to EPC companies.
