Key Responsibilities:

Location: PAPUA NEW GUINEA

Salary: NEGOTIABLE(Salaries Depend upon Experience / Interview).

Experience: 10-15 years with above average communication and negotiation skills from healthcare industry

Reporting to- Head Operations/Head- Sales & Marketing

Qualification: Post Graduate or Graduate

Minimum Requirements

JD:

a)The position need extensive collaboration and coordination with all internal stake holders with GM Operations, Medical Director and existing sales and marketing team

b)This position need individual working and manage the team if in need.

c)Willing to work in Referral, Retail and Corporate marketing is a must

d)Responsible to ensure Top line achievement through assigned territories and accounts

e)Brick wall the existing customer and strengthen the base- Volume and Value

f)Identify new referral/ Customers and ensure empanelment for organic Business growth

g)Mission 10000- Health Checks in 365 days

h)Set up referral network to PIH for better service and experience

i)Ensure Client meeting individually and involve SMT where needed

j)Sales Pitch for Medivac Coordinate with Current sales team and Operations.

k)Provide constant feedback to the SMT for providing better service to our valued customers

l)Support Finance team in Credit control where needed

m)Responsible to create evidenced based market Research data to develop Business Strategy Y-o-Y

n)Prepare a marketing Budget calendar for the activities with time lines

o)Work with medical team and Branding to prepare Collaterals both for B2B and B2C and update the same on regular intervals

p)Support and execute all Hospital/Clinics related healthcare events

q)Develop and maintains database of media contacts and manage them professionally as per need and situations

r)Responsible for the monthly PIH Chronicles along with the Editorial Committee.
