SR Quantity Surveyor JD:

B.E.( Civil )
EXP: 3
Quantity surveyors to manage the costs of the project. To ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget. price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation. measure and value the work done on site, preparation of the invoice, submission to the Client and review. Subcontractor's invoice checking and approval.
SALARY: 600-800 KD

QC ENGINEER JD:

B.E.( Civil )
EXP: 7-10 Years
Prepare Contractor documents such as Project Quality Plan, Method Statements,ec. Assess construction and installation methods of construction and ensure that QA/QC procedures are adequately implemented. Conduct formal site QA/QC inspections and QA/QC meetings on weekly basis with Consultant and Client QA/QC team. Closely monitor site activities and site conditions on daily basis to find out QA/QC non-conformances of site activities and take appropriate remedial actions and report to Project Manager. Prepare QA/QC Performance Reports weekly, monthly and annually, non-conformance trend analysis, remedial actions, etc
SALARY : 600-800

QC Inspector JD:

B.E / Diploma in Civil
EXP.: 5-10 Years
Inspect the Work for compliance with the standards and specifications of the contract documents, Report non-conforming work to the Construction Manager, Coordinate and cooperate with clientQAQC during site inspections,Monitor contractor QA/QC activities and maintain relevant records
SALARY: 300-500
