Minimum Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Formulate marketing strategies and takes responsibility for implementing them.

Keep track of market intelligence with chemical/petrochemical/power and energy/utilities/buildings/infrastructure sectors in Middle East countries with respect to market analysis, projects information, competitive activities, customers, etc.

Manage and evaluate the performance of his/her team and give direction for achieving corporate targets.

Responsible to distribute leads and prepares BD reports according to policy.

Locateor propose potential business deals by contacting clients and partners.

Screen, evaluate and identifypotential project information by analyzing companys market strategies, clients background, project requirements, capabilities and financials.

Manage the tendering process and present relevant project proposals.

Negotiate and close new business deals.

Meet and maintain relations with key clients.

Qualifications

Business Development experience (prefer15 years above) in the engineering and construction(chemical/petrochemical/powerand energy/utilities/ buildings/ infrastructure sectors)with a successful track record of projects and abundant business relationships in Middle East countries (UAE,KSA, IRAQ, QTAR and other countries).

Excellent English speaking, written and presentation skills.

Bachelors Degree above required (Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration and relevant fields).

Proven experience in obtaining EPC contracts.

Adept in scheduling/planning and tracking of project.

Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers of relevant clients.

Knowledge of risk assessment and protection planning.

Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills.
